However considering this as a one off case, since we ideally do not provide assistance for 3rd party mail clients like Thunderbird or Outlook etc., we would like to provide you with certain solutions which you or the clients can alternatively check on their end.
Setup Guide
-->> First, open Outlook on your computer. Our first step is to add a new email account.
-->> Click File, and then Add Account.
-->> On the New Account screen, click the "Manually configure server settings" radio button and click Next
-->> Select "Internet E-Mail" on the next screen and click Next.
-->> Use the information below to help fill in the settings for your new email account.
User Information
Your Name Insert your full name here. This name will appear on all your sent email.
Email Address Put in your full email address, for example kevin@example.com
Server Information
Account Type Select POP3 if you want the emails to be downloaded to Outlook.
Incoming Mail Server mail.domainname
Domain name:- * your domain name like mail.xyz.com
Outgoing Mail Server This will be the same as your Incoming Mail Server,
Domain name:- * your domain name like mail.xyz.com
Click on more setting
Go To outgoing serve tab
Please see the above image and put your email id and password as like
Check My outgoing server(SMTP) require authentication
Now click on advance tab
Pop3 port 110
IMP port 143
SMTP 25
None required
Use the following type of encrypted connection
Click ok
And test mail account
